Job Description

Our client, a precision machining manufacturer serving automotive, commercial, and defense industries, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (CNC) to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, supporting the Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $32/hr + $2 Shift Premium What's the Job?
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and preventive maintenance schedules Train machine operators on basic maintenance procedures and support continuous improvement efforts What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a CNC or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and ability to read schematics Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication skills What's in it for me?
