We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is not only passionate about maintaining the efficiency of manufacturing equipment but also ensuring its safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of our manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime. This role requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of manufacturing methods, procedures, machines, and tools. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate solutions. 3. Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. 4. Install new machinery and equipment accurately and safely, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. 5. Collaborate with the production team to understand and meet the specific maintenance needs of the manufacturing operation. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records. 7. Stay current with the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency and safety. 8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. 9. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with troubleshooting, technical understanding, basic safety, knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, knowledge of machines and tools. 3. Exceptional mechanical and electrical skills. 4. Experience with preventive maintenance, repairing, and installation of manufacturing equipment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way. 7. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements. 10.
