Excellent pay with $5/hour shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift Strong bonus potential tied to performance Affordable, flexible benefits to fit your needs Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company A culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently: Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibrations Support new equipment installations alongside Engineering and vendors Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, CI tools) and implement lasting solutions Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain accurate work orders in our computerized maintenance system Ensure compliance with GMPs, OSHA standards, LOTO, and Confined Space requirements Escalate issues quickly and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams What You Bring We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment: 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (electrical and instrumentation experience preferred) Experience with fabrication, welding, or machine assembly a plus PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Physical Requirements:
You should be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, using standard mechanical equipment and maintenance/engineering tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The majority of your time is spent on the production floor, which includes exposure to varying temperatures and common food allergens. Duties include intricate repairs, which will require working in, on, and around complex machinery and packaging systems, requiring a high level of manual dexterity.
