Job Description
Homes by Huffman is seeking a full-time employee to be apart of our maintenance team. Applicants must be strongly experienced in rental property turnover repairs, including but not limited to: Must be able to do physical repairs to electrical, plumbing, hardware, appliances, drywall, etc. Turnover scheduling Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, roofing, decking, HVAC, concrete, carpentry, and all other building maintenance. This is a full-time, permanent position. Previous experience, minimum of 2 years in a similar position Must have own tools and TRUCK as transportation Must be professional, responsible, and organized Must be able to work on call. Must have a great attitude; must be able to work easily with all others - including our residents Must have a solid work ethic and the ability to multi-task doing work-orders and the turnover of units Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?
