Attention to detail Self-motivated Problem Solving Time management Ability to work in a team environment Oral and written communication skills Pool Technician Job description: Open and winterize swimming pools according to company procedures. Perform routine maintenance on pools, spas, and water features, including water chemistry balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections. Diagnose and repair pool equipment and automation systems, including pumps, motors, heaters, electrical, plumbing, and automatic pool cleaners. Measure, install, and repair safety pool covers. Maintain a clean and stocked company truck. Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Work both independently and as part of a team. Responsible for care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked; responsible for maintaining accurate and proper level of inventory on vehicle. Responsible for handling, transporting, and delivering pool chemicals to customers. Qualifications:
A valid driver's license (Required) Reliable Transportation to work (Required) Strong interpersonal skills and confidence The ability to learn quickly through hands-on training Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50lbs easily Able to work in any weather condition Available for overtime and some weekend work during peak seasons Pay is based off experience/education and discussed during interview process.
