We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly. The selected contractor will provide general handyman and light maintenance services , including: Minor repairs (doors, hardware, fixtures, trim, drywall, etc.) Basic carpentry and installation work Ceiling tile replacement Light plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, fixtures) Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets
