Conduct welding tasks for equipment fabrication or repair, ensuring high-quality standards. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments to identify electrical faults accurately. Maintain facility infrastructure through tasks like residential painting, plumbing repairs, and general facilities maintenance. Operate Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule upcoming tasks. Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance team members, providing leadership and guidance to ensure safety compliance and efficient workflow. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for troubleshooting and installation projects. Support manufacturing processes by maintaining machinery uptime, performing routine inspections, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally. Skills Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring diagrams and control systems.
