Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the entire property in a safe, attractive condition, and providing professional service to the residents. The activities listed below are not all inclusive. However, they are indicative of the types of activities normally performed by the

Maintenance Service Technician:

Complete service requests per work orders, following company procedures, which include: Making required repairs. Observe the condition of apartment and report any unusual circumstances (example: pets, damages etc.) Leave notice of work performed.

Assist with apartment make-ready procedures:

Paint, Clean carpet, windows, appliances, etc. Service appliances, plumbing, drywall repair, and electrical fixtures. Repair or replace old and faulty parts. Change locks/Replace Light bulbs. Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Pick up trash on property and maintain shrubs and lawn. On-call service Report all needed major repairs to Director of Technical Services Assist with other types of maintenance issues, as necessary.
