Job Opportunity:
Machine Maintenance Tech Are you a skilled technician with a passion for machinery? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Tech to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines and some facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. Perform quality inspections to ensure parts and machines meet production standards. Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or trade certification preferred. Proven experience in machine maintenance or related fields. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Optional Qualifications:
Ability to fabricate, assemble, and modify machine parts and components. Experience with welding, metal working. Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine. Working knowledge of PLC's and motor drives.
