Contract Job Duties:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, PLCs, robotic systems, and automation equipment to support manufacturing operations. Assist with installation, programming, commissioning, and optimization of new and existing production equipment and processes. Support manufacturing process improvements across machining, assembly, packaging, and freight operations to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, setup sheets, routings, and preventative maintenance procedures. Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve production performance, and ensure safety compliance.

Job Requirements:

3-5+ years of Strong hands-on experience with CNC machines, PLCs, robotics, automation systems, and industrial controls. Ability to troubleshoot, repair, program, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Technical education or training in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and maintenance manuals. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Schedule:

1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with some overtime potentially on Saturdays as needed (4-6 hours) Client03

Pay:
