This vital role involves maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance expertise, along with supervisory experience to lead maintenance activities effectively. Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable facility management! Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and repair various building systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to manage automated systems within the hotel infrastructure. Conduct welding and residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. Oversee facilities maintenance projects, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or installations. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and document repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or manufacturing setting. Strong electrical experience coupled with mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Supervisory or leadership experience in managing maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, and residential painting is highly desirable. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and facility layouts for efficient repairs. Prior experience with CMMS platforms for work order management is preferred.
