WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations Perform regular cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash bins Conduct routine inspections of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to identify any damage or malfunctions. Report issues to the maintenance department for repairs or replacement Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, & fixing loose fixtures Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials from various areas of the hotel Assist with receiving deliveries of supplies and equipment and distributing them to the appropriate areas Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the exterior areas Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Respond to guest requests or inquiries related to facility maintenance promptly and courteously Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination Holladay Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer.
