Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, fast, and a go-getter, capable of handling a variety of maintenance calls on a regular basis. This role requires a versatile skill set to diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues in tenant properties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to maintenance calls and perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in tenant properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure property safety and functionality. Collaborate with property managers and tenants to address and resolve maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work performed, and materials used. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to handle after-hours emergencies if needed.
