BG Staffing is actively hiring TWO strong, experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support a busy community in Indianapolis . We need professionals who can handle work orders efficiently AND help get apartments move-in ready . If you've got the skills and the work ethic, this is your chance to step into a solid, steady role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same: Completing general maintenance work orders in occupied units Performing make-ready/turns to prepare units for new residents Diagnosing and repairing issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Handling carpentry work (doors, trim, minor repairs/builds) Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality Staying organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities ️

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strongly Preferred:

Solid hands-on experience in plumbing and carpentry Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently ✅

Ideal Candidate Also Has:

Experience with electrical systems, appliances, and general maintenance HVAC Certification (HIGHLY preferred) Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependability and a "get it done" mindset
