We're looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep our apartments and communities in top shape. In this role, you'll tackle a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and general upkeep. You'll help prepare apartments for new residents, complete preventative maintenance, and ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming. What You'll Do Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs Assist with apartment renovations and movein preparations Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs Maintain building systems like HVAC, water heaters, and appliances Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks Participate in oncall emergency maintenance rotation Travel between properties What we're Looking For Maintenance experience in residential properties (multifamily a plus) Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and maintain great customer service with residents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Career Growth and advancement opportunities 50% employerpaid health insurance Free dental and vision coverage 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid Holidays, PTO, and vacation time Company events and team outings Apartment rent discount after 90 days If you're a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
