Job Description

Job Summary:
We are actively hiring an Apartment Maintenance Helper to support our maintenance team with daily repairs, unit turns, and general property upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into maintenance or grow their skills in a stable, full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with apartment turns (cleaning, painting, minor repairs) Support maintenance technicians with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks Complete basic work orders and service requests Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction - we are hiring immediately!
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
