Chauncey Village Apartments Maintenance Technician

CHAUNCEY VILLAGE APARTMENTS, LAFAYETTE, INDIANA IS NOW ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

This candidate should possess a background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. HVAC knowledge helpful. This position entails making ready all apartments move outs for occupancy, providing maintenance service to current residents, grounds and snow removal during inclement weather.
