Qualifications Overview We are seeking a proactive Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This vital role involves maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for facilities maintenance and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of hotel systems and equipment, ensuring everything functions optimally at all times. Duties Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance in ALL vacant guest rooms and public areas to ensure optimal performance. Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with excellent customer service skills, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction. Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or residential environment is a plus. Skill in painting and basic plumbing and carpentry tasks is appreciated. Ability to read manuals accurately and follow written directions. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
