Job Description
This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for site-specific tools and systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. If you're highly skilled and enjoy leading others, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME for electrical and mechanical systems, including programming and calibrating PLCs, HMIs, and ladder logic systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, and GE).
- Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including:
- Electrical systems (24V-480V AC), robotic controls (e.
Minimum Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in mechanical maintenance of production equipment in an industrial setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing:
- Machine tools, robotic systems, control systems, and industrial equipment.
- Electrical systems including control circuits (24V-480V AC) and variable frequency drives.
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical system failures.
