Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Optional Saturdays) Talent LogistiX is hiring Solar Farm Maintenance Technicians in Frankfort, IN! We are seeking dependable individuals to help maintain vegetation and site conditions at a large-scale solar farm. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and operating landscaping equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial mowers and weed trimmers Maintain vegetation around solar panels, fence lines, and access roads Remove debris and keep work areas clean and safe Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Experience with mowing equipment and weed trimmers preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances Why Talent LogistiX?
