Maintenance Technician

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Marion, Indiana. This is a full time, direct hire position. The pay rate is from $27•30 per hour, depending on your level of experience. The shift is a 12 hour evening shift with a 2/2/3 schedule•work only half the days of the year!

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all mechanical and electrical within the manufacturing facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Recommend equipment and process improvements Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery Troubleshoot issues with PLC's Assist with the equipment installation and start up Complete work orders in a timely fashion

Experience Needed:

Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives Experience with PLC's and automation (strongly preferred) HS diploma required•Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Controls helpful
