Maintenance Technician

Due to growth of our company, we are adding to our maintenance team. We are looking for a good team player that has property management experience.

Maintenance Technician Job Description:

The Maintenance Technicians will help maintain the day-to-day operations and responsibility for maintaining the our properties under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Complete interior and exterior work orders including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, appliances and make readies. Preventative maintenance and general repairs of the buildings' exterior and interior systems Assist with snow/ice removal, removing debris from the grounds, turning vacant units Responsible for being On-Call for emergency work orders and lock-outs 1 year of maintenance technician/industry experience is preferred. Mileage reimbursement. Potential pay raise at 90 day of employee. Ability to be on call rotation for emergencies.
