Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician/Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, and possess leadership qualities to supervise maintenance activities effectively. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical expertise and customer service skills are highly valued. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Repair or replace faulty components, including welding and residential painting as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff or apprentices Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance operations Assist with facilities upgrades and improvements to enhance operational efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics Mechanical knowledge with skills in welding, residential painting, and general repair work Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively Supervising experience or leadership skills in a maintenance setting preferred Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and record keeping Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and management Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of customer service principles related to internal client support This Maintenance Technician role is vital for maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations.
