AM Additional Hours:
Overtime as needed + rotating
Saturdays Pay:
$18-$22/hr, based on experience + $2.50 Shift Incentive About Us We are a fast-paced scrap recycling facility looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to join our 2nd shift team. This position combines general labor, cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities to help keep our equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and working around heavy equipment and machinery. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and machinery Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot equipment issues and report needed repairs Clean machinery, work areas, and shop spaces to maintain safe operations Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Help keep parts, tools, and supplies organized and stocked Support production and operations teams as needed Follow all company safety procedures and policies Perform general labor duties throughout the facility Work in indoor and outdoor conditions year-round Qualifications General labor, maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience preferred Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with a team Dependable with good attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Willingness to work overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work around heavy equipment and moving machinery Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and industrial environments Why Join Our Team?
