Maintenance Technician Jeffersonville, IN $24-$27 per hour plus monthly bonus and employee ownership. Flexible Materials Inc . is a manufacturing company specializing in real wood veneer products. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a first shift, Monday through Friday position with consistent hours, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to share in the company's success through employee ownership and a reliable monthly bonus program.

$24 to $27 per hour Generous monthly performance bonus program Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with long-term financial growth Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Employee assistance program Full-time, steady schedule Overtime opportunities available What you will do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Perform maintenance on presses, rollers, and material handling equipment Support plant systems including compressed air, dust collection, and facility systems Complete preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Help minimize downtime and support production efficiency What we are looking for 3 to 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read schematics and work independently Experience with production equipment preferred Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Work environment Manufacturing facility with exposure to dust, noise, and moving equipment Active role requiring standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Why join Flexible Materials Inc.
