Job Description

Job Overview B&J Specialty is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support our advanced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines, EDM equipment, forklifts, cranes, welding equipment, and facility systems. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with industrial equipment, and helping keep production running efficiently, we'd like to hear from you. Duties Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment moves Maintain maintenance records and preventative maintenance schedules Support facility systems, including compressed air, coolant, lighting, and general building maintenance Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and Lockout/Tagout requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Experience with CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment strongly preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, bearings, and machine components Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
