Apartment Maintenance Technician

Part-Time Maintenance Technician (Seasonal/Probationary) - Apartment Community We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team in maintaining and renovating a 40-unit apartment community. This is a seasonal/probationary position , with the potential for continued employment based on performance and operational needs. While experience in maintenance or construction is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

General remodeling and unit turns Basic roofing repairs Plumbing work and minor repairs Sheetrock installation and repair Interior painting Installing light fixtures Replacing outlets and light switches Clearing and snaking drain lines

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and follow direction Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete tasks without direct supervision Basic hand tools required This is a part-time position with flexible hours depending on workload.
