The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various physical tasks in installing all types of fence. This role requires using hand and power tools. The Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and performing essential tasks on-site. Duties Ensure outdoor areas are well-kept. Execute heavy lifting and material handling as required for project completion. Collaborate with team members to build fences according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment for safety and efficiency. Requirements Experience not necessary but a plus. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation required. If you live within the area and do not have transportation we can give you a lift.
