We are seeking a high-integrity, detail-obsessed Quality Control Specialist to serve as our lead Field Performance Auditor and the "eyes" of our quality standards. This isn't just a clipboard-and-checklist job. You will be the field proxy for our Master Door Technician , ensuring that our brand's gold standard is met on every site, every time.
The Mission:
Observe. Document. Evolve. As the Quality Control Specialist, you are the objective lens of the company. Your goal is to identify the gap between "what was trained" and "what was executed."
Field Auditing:
Travel weekly throughout the Midwestern States to conduct on-site inspections of our technical performances.
Standard Verification:
Utilize a proprietary digital reporting system and checklists to verify if every documented "Pathway" was followed with 100% accuracy. The "Audit-Only"
Mandate:
Your value lies in your objectivity. You will document reality and report deviations without performing on-site repairs. This ensures our training data remains pure and actionable.
Upstream Reporting:
Translate field observations into concise, digital reports for our Master Door Technician and Leadership team. Your data will directly "tune" our training programs.
The Apprenticeship:
Mastering the ELCO Way We don't expect you to know our systems on day one, but we do expect you to master them.
Intensive Residency:
You will undergo a multi-month residency to establish a deep technical foundation in ELAD's proprietary processes.
Long-Term Mastery:
Over your first year, you will work closely with our Master Door Technician to become a true extension of their expertise, providing high-level oversight across our entire territory.
