Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week
Shift:
2:00 PM-10:30 PM •
OVERTIME REQUIRED
for the first few weekends during busy season!
Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) $16.50/hr
Job Duties:
Maintaining an outstanding appearance to the entire site by completing floor care and janitorial tasks. Floor techs must keep all floors looking pristine throughout the facility. Floor Care Stripping Buffing Waxing Sweeping/Mopping Vacuuming Carpet spot removal General Cleaning Restroom cleaning Office/breakroom/warehouse cleaning Any additional requested cleaning Stocking supply rooms Special cleaning tasks
Requirements:
Pass background check and drug screening Must have previous floor care experience Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Physical requirements:
walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
