Job Description

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the facilities support team, ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems efficiently and effectively. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. Inspect the building and premises for safety hazards and perform maintenance to eliminate risks. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks. What's Needed? 3-5 years of building maintenance experience or related field expertise. Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues independently.
