- Complete apartment service requests and other property maintenance
- Assist in maintaining property appearance, including picking up trash on an ongoing basis and during winter months assist in snow and salt removal of sidewalks
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move in ready
- General Maintenance, Appliance, Plumbing, and HVAC repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment
- Participate in a rotating on-call, emergency and after hour schedule with other maintenance staff
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and comply with local and federal laws (including employment information, OSHA information,etc)
Minimum Required Qualifications:
General Apartment Maintenance experience EPA certification preferred Excellent customer service and tenant relations Have own transportation and hand tools Pass a background checkJob Type:
