We have an opening for a Remodeler . The Remodeler provides assistance in the renovation of apartments for new residents who are moving to Lakeview Village and residents who are relocating to a different area of campus. Additional responsibilities include maintaining existing buildings at a standard our residents deserve and have come to expect. Why join us? Competitive pay Full benefits package Paid Time-Off Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Education assistance On-site childcare Fitness center and pool Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications & skills: Assist in the layout and frame walls Assist with drywall hanging/finishing Assist in Electrical layout and wiring Assist in Plumbing layout and installation Assist with painting and nail hole repairs, caulking etc. Assist in hanging of cabinetry Assist in finishing of woodwork Assist with trim carpentry work GED or High School Graduation preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in this field or a similar field. Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly. Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others. IND102
