We're looking for skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Maintenance Technicians to join our growing production team at our brand-new Manhattan, KS facility! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires working on a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in our operations. Job Duties:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical and combustion motors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on 480V 3-phase systems. Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient operation. Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs. Work with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Operate industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance tools. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment efficiency and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned or as appropriate.Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance Mechanical experience with the ability to work on both electrical and combustion motors. Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and understanding of equipment safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems. Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
