Job Description

What You'll Do:
Help maintain and repair production equipment. Learn fabrication, electrical basics, and machine alignment. Apply the same troubleshooting mindset you used on the farm. Train under skilled maintenance professionals.
Who We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required. Experience working on a farm, with tools, or fixing equipment a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to think outside the box when challenges arise.

Maintenance and Machinist experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of tools, mechanical systems, or trade skills preferred. Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and retain technical training. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment. Good time management and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required. Technical/vocational coursework or related trade exposure preferred but not required. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and moving about the facility. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and production environments.
