Lead Fence Installer - RKC Wood Care Pros L.L.C.Job Overview RKC Wood Care Pros L.L.C. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Lead Fence Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading fence installation crews and overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate has strong experience installing wood, metal, ornamental iron, chain link, vinyl, composite, and specialty fencing systems and can confidently lead a crew in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects Install wood, chain link, ornamental iron, metal, vinyl, composite, split rail, and specialty fence systems Perform layout, measurements, grading, and site preparation for fence installations Set posts, dig holes, pour and finish concrete, frame gates, and complete final fence assembly Read and interpret project layouts, measurements, blueprints, and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, augers, skid steers, welders, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality craftsmanship Manage materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company standards Maintain and enforce jobsite safety procedures and OSHA best practices Train, mentor, and develop crew members in proper fence installation methods Communicate effectively with management, crew members, and customers when needed Qualifications & Experience 1+ years experience in fence installation, construction, carpentry, welding, or related trades preferred Strong experience installing wood, chain link, ornamental iron/metal, vinyl, composite, and other fence systems Previous lead installer, foreman, or crew leadership experience preferred Knowledge of fence layout, measurements, gate building, post setting, concrete work, and construction practices Experience operating construction tools, equipment, and machinery safely Welding experience is a plus for metal and custom fence installations Ability to read measurements, plans, and project layouts accurately Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform heavy lifting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Advancement opportunities Steady work with a growing company Supportive team environment Opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial fence projects If you are a hardworking leader with experience installing all types of fencing and take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
