If you're a hands‑on problem solver with strong repair skills and a commitment to great service, this role is a great fit. Position Type Full-Time | Onsite | Property Management Key Responsibilities Complete general maintenance repairs across the property Handle work orders promptly and professionally Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs Assist with make‑ready tasks for vacant units Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas Communicate maintenance needs to the property manager Requirements Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or property management preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair ability Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable, professional, and resident‑focused Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options (where eligible) PTO or sick leave where required by state/local law Referral bonus opportunities
