Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Deck Builder / Deck Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing high-quality decks that enhance outdoor living spaces. Your expertise in carpentry, metal building erection, concrete forming, and other construction skills will ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your craft, and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities Construct and assemble decks using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Erect metal building frameworks and install structural components with precision. Operate heavy equipment safely during site preparation and material handling. Manage construction site activities efficiently while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry, or related fields. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery relevant to deck building and general construction. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise measurements and quality finishes. Valid construction site experience with a strong safety mindset; ability to operate heavy equipment safely is preferred.
