Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to provide maintenance of all Environmental equipment.

Responsibilities + Navigate the electronic maintenance work order software. + Perform and complete PMs as assigned. + Close all completed PMs in the electronic maintenance work order system. + Complete any needed mechanical repairs to Environmental equipment (including changing out Baghouse bags). + Work with outside Contractors on repairs of equipment when required. + Work with the production departments on scheduling equipment down for PMS or repairs. + Record and evaluate daily readings on all environmental equipment. + Inspect ventilation and clean or repair as necessary. + Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and motors. + Complete welding and cutting activities as required. + Must be able to complete required work in a timely manner with limited supervision. + Comply with current Quality Systems requirements. + Perform hazardous waste shipment preparation and paperwork. + Hazardous waste training shall be provided to the employee within six months of the date the employee filled this position, and a review of this training provided every 12 months thereafter. The employee will complete a program of classroom instruction. The employee shall be supervised until training is completed. The training shall consist of a review of proper management of hazardous waste, satellite accumulation containers, how to review and prepare a hazardous waste manifest, and proper labeling requirements. + Perform other work as assigned by Management including 5S cleaning.
Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills Required:
+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred + Must have working knowledge of Ventilation Equipment (Vacuum, Baghouse, Roto Clones, and ventilation ducting) + Previous work with hazardous wastes and chemicals desired + Previous work experience in a wastewater treatment system desired
