Full-Time Maintenance Technician Reflections Retirement Resort Location:

Salina, KS Schedule:

36+ hrs./week Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm (Subject to Change) (On Call every other weekend) We're a senior living community seeking a friendly, skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys working around seniors and can multitask, handle a variety of repairs and upkeep tasks. Responsibilities Sheetrock repair, painting, and general maintenance Basic plumbing (toilets, water stops, faucets) Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues Assist with furniture assembly and moving Oversee yard care: mowing, calculating fertilizing, flowerbed maintenance, and irrigation systems Qualifications 3+ years maintenance experience Strong skills in repairs, painting, plumbing, and troubleshooting Comfortable interacting with seniors Able to lift/move furniture and work independently Flexible part-time schedule Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a positive impact in residents' daily lives On-the-job training and development opportunities Join a supportive team and help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming.
