Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities Perform preventative and daily maintenance activities for plant production Perform all assigned projects and/ or tasks given. Ensure everyone is always 10% safe and in compliance with Nesika Enerby LLC's safety protocols as well as 100% in compliance with local, state, and federal agencies Expectations
  • Arrive 10 minutes early prepared and ready to work your scheduled shift time.
  • Effectively execute all daily responsibilities in accordance with the plant manager's direction to ensure these procedures are completed accurately and timely while on shift.
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently to maintain optimal production.
  • Clearly communicate plant needs with the Board Supervisor and Plant Manager to assure optimal production is maintained.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide feedback recommendations to resolve the problem.
  • Partner with 3rd party contractors to ensure quick, efficient and cost-effective resolutions to projects assigned.
  • Proactively monitor and assist in all material handling activities, whether it be commodity or other shipments, to ensure prompt attention and completion.
  • Provide on-call services as required, for all maintenance related questions from operators and management.
  • Focus on plant knowledge improvement to better assist the Operations team in maximizing production.
