In The Bag Cleaners is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to help keep our production facility and stores operating at a high level every single day. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, industrial maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting who enjoys solving problems, staying ahead of issues, and being part of a team that genuinely respects your work. We're not looking for someone to simply react when something breaks. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, values preventative maintenance, communicates well with others, and understands that reliable equipment keeps an entire operation moving. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on dry cleaning and laundry equipment Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime Help maintain efficient operations across our production facility and store locations Keep maintenance schedules organized, completed thoroughly, and up to date Monitor equipment performance and address issues before they become larger problems Work closely with team members who operate the equipment daily and take concerns seriously when something feels "off" Help ensure the quality and care our customers trust us for every day What We're Looking For Experience in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or industrial maintenance Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry equipment is preferred Someone who enjoys diagnosing problems and figuring things out Strong attention to detail and follow-through Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay organized and manage preventative maintenance schedules consistently Someone who values communication, accountability, and taking pride in their work Why People Like Working Here Your evenings stay yours No late-night dispatches.
