What Fuels Success Here:

Vocational training in machining, tool & die, or equivalent experience required Complete working knowledge of tool and die maintenance operations required Journeyman's card preferred Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Experience with CAD and CNC programming tools (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, conversational programming, etc.) Excellent mechanical aptitude and precision measurement skills Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and tooling issues Experience with precision measuring instruments Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing Interpret and work from complex blueprints, technical drawings, and die specifications Set up and operate mechanically controlled and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling to meet strict quality standards Utilize CAD software to design and modify parts and components as needed Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues and develop effective solutions Operate machining equipment including lathes, grinders, CNC machines, and related tools Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to ensure precision and accuracy Continuously problem-solve to improve tooling performance and manufacturing outcomes Follow all safety procedures and plant operational standards "The people were great and coming to work felt amazing everyday.
