Handyman

Blessed Assurance - is looking for a full-time or part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all residentail property maintenance needs. The position requires a strong commitment to completing work orders in a timely manner without direct supervision and a willingness to work as a team with other staff to improve existing processes wile maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties:

Provide regular on-site maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, painting, daily pool maintenance, preventative maintenance and other routine maintenance tasks along with public aera cleaning such as moping and cleaning windows. Complete work order requests using company supplied equipment and tools. Informing renters about scheduled repairs and ensure that they are aware the task was completed. Perform preventative maintenance in each location monthly and as needed. Ensure that services requested by staff and renters are completed as quickly as possible. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency at each location.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to perform general maintenance duties such as painting, light duty plumbing HVAC repair and replacement and other repairs. Must be able to communicate with team members while performing routine maintenance tasks. Must be willing to work hard for their paycheck and work well with others. A valid driver's license is required for this position and must be able to drive company work truck and varies sized trailers. Must be able to pass required background checks and Drug Screening Reports.
