Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing maintenance work orders at residential and commercial properties through hands-on maintenance and repair activities. Experience in plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, flooring installation and basic appliance repairs are needed. Excellent time management skills are essential.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling basic electrical tasks. Undertaking basic plumbing repairs. Completing drywall repairs. Delivery and set up of temporary equipment (Window AC, Heaters, Dehumidfiers) Performing flooring installations and repairs. Occasional property ground clean up or vacancy trash outs. Vacancy turn maintenance punch-list items. Inspections and air filter changes.
General Property Maintenance Qualifications:
Proven experience in the listed trades. Strong Time Management skills. Prior experience in the industry is preferred (1 year). Dependable and strong work ethic Motivation to learn new things
Schedule:
8 Hour shift Monday - Friday On call rotation Rotating Weekends when
On-call Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
