Applicants must possess a good working knowledge of general maintenance, including but not limited to heating and air systems, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs. Applicants should be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as with others. Applicants must provide their own basic hand tools.
