Multicraft Industrial Maintenance Technician

Step into a Day on Our Floor Sun up, systems on. You start by reviewing overnight work orders, scanning equipment dashboards, and prioritizing tasks that keep our production humming. Whether it's a scheduled PM, a quick diagnostic, or a critical call to get a line back online, your craft ensures we hit our site's business goals safely and efficiently. What You'll Tackle Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both production machinery and facility systems using predictive and productive maintenance practices. Respond to emergency and unscheduled breakdowns during production; perform scheduled maintenance during planned service windows. Handle simple machinist tasks alongside core maintenance work. Apply multi-discipline skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains to restore uptime. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to plan and execute service activities. Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, test functionality, and fine-tune for optimal performance. Carry out regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. Spot faulty operations or defective materials and escalate unusual conditions to supervisors. Champion safety regulations and keep work areas clean, orderly, and audit-ready. Support the team with additional duties as assigned. What You Bring Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering. 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience. Trade certification preferred. Skills That Set You Apart Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, 8D). Ability to interpret manuals and work orders with accuracy and urgency. Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial aptitude. PLC experience is a plus; exposure to robotics is preferred.
