Floor Technician

Floor Technician Come join us at Carmel Manor! We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm for over 70 years. Our mission is to treat all staff and residents with love and respect. We are seeking to hire a Floor Technician - Part-Time. Starting at $15.73 per hour. 3pm to 9pm daily plus Every Other Weekend.

Floor Technician Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Institutional floor cleaning experience required.

Floor Technician Job Summary:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all floors. Strip, wax, and buff floors. Carpet care. General housekeeping tasks as needed. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.

Floor Technician Physical Demands:

Stand, lift and walk most of the day. Turn, stoop, crouch and reach for high and low cleaning. Lift mop buckets for pouring. Push and pull mops, dusters, vacuums and buffing machines.
