Part-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and upkeep of designated buildings within the FIVCO Region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance and be capable of working independently while meeting deadlines and completing assigned work orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned through work orders. Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and systems as needed. Complete all required paperwork associated with each work order within one working day of job completion. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs across assigned locations. Ensure tools and equipment are used and maintained safely and appropriately. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. General knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.). Ability to read and follow work orders and complete associated documentation accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred due to regional travel).
