Start Position Type:

Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and facility support duties to help ensure equipment and building operations run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a positive team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities Perform general building and facility maintenance repairs Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues in a timely manner Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Respond to maintenance requests and communicate updates to supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Work independently or with a team to complete daily maintenance tasks Qualifications Previous general maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry repairs Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Must be dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift materials/equipment as needed This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company in a long-term temp-to-hire role while gaining valuable hands-on maintenance experience.
